Studio Yeodong Yun — Oval Plate (High)

A deep-rimmed handcrafted aluminium plate in an oval form, designed by Yun Yeo-dong. The elevated walls of the high version create a vessel-like presence — a piece that holds both object and attention, functioning as a display tray, fruit bowl, or decorative objet.

Studio Yeodong Yun is the metalwork practice of artist Yun Yeo-dong, based in Seoul. Her work is defined by the concept of Jung Jung Dong (靜中動) — movement within stillness — drawing inspiration from the trembling ornaments of Shilla Dynasty golden crowns to explore the pulse of life held within enduring metal form. Each piece is individually designed and handcrafted.
