Studio Foh — Tea Leaf Shape

A tin object in the elongated, pointed form of a tea leaf, handcrafted by Ryu Eun-jung of Studio Foh. The slight curl and taper of the leaf is translated into metal with close observation, the surface carrying the subtle texture of the original — a poem written in tin.

Studio Foh (포 包°) is a metal craft studio founded in 2014 by artist Ryu Eun-jung. Walking through forests across four seasons, she gathers the breath of grasses, the silence of stones, and the fleeting traces of fallen leaves — then transforms them into enduring metal forms. Each piece is individually handcrafted, carrying with it both the comfort of use and a sense of steadfast tranquility.
