Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Our shipping rates and estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Rates
Free Shipping: On all orders over 80 €.
Standard Shipping (Orders under 80 €): A flat rate of 4.90 € applies for domestic shipping within Germany.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated Delivery Time
Germany: 2-5 business days.
European Union: 5-10 business days. (Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or seasonal peaks.)

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
est.note is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at contact@estnote.com immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
